Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep everything on-time, which helps both the Copperheads and TSS Photography!

• Download a Copy of our Online Order Form before picture day! Color Order Envelopes were to be handed out this week, but with repeated rainouts this week - it has made that difficult.  If you use the online form, you can fill in page 3 before printing - this will help minimize spelling and legibility issues.
• Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS" and all major credit cards.  If you are paying by cash or check, put the payment in the order envelope (or if using the online form, put in an envelope with your child's name on it and staple it to the back of the form).
  
• Please help keep pictures day flowing smoothly by arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled time. This will allow teams to collect and hand out jerseys & give ample time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.  Payments will be collected at the check-in tent.
• Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
• Each session will begin with all the Individual/Buddy photos (Brothers/Sisters/Family/etc) and then we will conclude your photo session with a Team photo.
• Copperheads orders will be delivered back to a team representative within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  Details are forthcoming (and will be posted on this site) on distribution through the coaches and/or team managers.

Visit our table at picture day for a list of coach gift items such as such as clipboards, plaques, photo balls, and signature posters at special prices.  Take 10% off a coach and or Team Manager Gift item - please fill out a seperate order form and note COACH GIFT and a TSS representative will verify the information.
