Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep everything on-time, which helps both the Copperheads and TSS Photography!

  • Hard Copy Order Envelopes were to be handed out at the coaches meeting on Aug 20th - please obtain a copy from your coach the week before picture day.
  • If you misplaced your order form - please utilize the links on the left to download a copy of the Price Sheet and the Order Form before picture day.  The order form can be filled in on your computer, printed off and brought with you to picture day along with your payment.
  • Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts Cash, Checks payable to "TSS" and all Major Credit Cards.  All payments will be collected at the check in tent - so please stop there before proceeding to the photo station. If paying by credit card, please be ready to present your card at the table so it may be electronically swiped for added accuracy and security of your credit card data.
  • Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
  • Each session will begin with all the Individual/Buddy photos (Brothers/ Sisters/ Friend/ etc.) and then we will conclude your photo session with a Team photo. 
  • All Copperheads Orders will Packaged & Shipped by our lab (packaged by team with each child's order clearly marked inside) then be delivered back to a league representative within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  Shipment Details will be posted on this site.
