Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep your games on time, which helps both the Copperheads and TSS Photography!

• Color Order Envelopes are available from your team's coach or manager.  You may also download our price list and order form (see Important Links section on the left side of this page).  If you use the online form, you can fill in page 3 before printing - this will help minimize spelling and legibility issues.
• Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS" and all major credit cards.  If you are paying by cash or check, put the payment in the order envelope (or if using the online form, put in an envelope with your child's name on it and staple it to the back of the form).
  
• Please help keep pictures and games on-time by arriving at our check in table 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.
• Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
• Each session will begin with all the Individual/Buddy photos and then we will conclude your photo session with a Team photo.
• Copperheads orders will be delivered back to a team representative within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  Details are forthcoming (and will be posted on this site) on distribution through the coaches and/or team managers.

Order a team photo item (bag tags, t-shirts, travel mugs, etc.) for every player on the team and save 10% on your order.  Please note as TEAM ORDER on your form.

Visit our table at picture day for a list of coach gift items such as such as clipboards, plaques, photo balls, and signature posters at special prices.  You can also receive 10% off any team photo item when ordering for the coaches. Please note as COACH ORDER on your form.
