Picture Day Details Minimize

Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep your games on time, which helps both Goldstar and TSS Photography!

  • Download our price list and order form (link)
  • Fill in the form on page 3 before printing - this will help minimize spelling and legibility issues.
  • Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS" and all major credit cards.  If you are paying by cash or check, put the payment in an envelope and staple it to the back of the form.
  • Please help keep pictures and games on-time by arriving at our check in table 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.
  • Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
  • Each session will begin with all the Individual/buddy photos and then we will conclude your photo session with a team photo.
  • Orders will be mailed to the address you provide on your order form within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  To expedite handling, please provide us with a complete address and print neatly, or fill in your form on page 3 of the price sheet before printing.

Get something for everyone on the team!
Order a team photo item (bag tags, t-shirts, travel mugs, etc.) for every player on the team and save 10% on your order.  Please note as TEAM ORDER on your form.

Get your coach gifts!
 Visit our table at picture day for a list of coach gift items such as such as clipboards, plaques, photo balls, and signature posters at special prices.  You can also receive 10% off any team photo item when ordering for the coaches. Please note as COACH ORDER on your form.

To simplify fulfillment and delivery, we request that each team order or coach order be placed on a single order form and delivered to a single address.  Contact us for more details.
