Working with a custom designer, TSS is now able to offer these posters to our customers - read the information below to get full details:

* This is a stand alone product outside of our normal product offering.  Due to the size and layout of the design - it does not fit on our traditional picture day products.
* Each member of your team will be photographed individually in a pose of their choice...we suggest an "attitude pose" or something that truly captures the essence of you child....have fun with it!
* Each individual players image is then sent to the designer, digitally enhanced and placed into a design theme of your choice (1 design per team). There are 3 Exclusive Designs to pick from.
* Due to the set up time and work to build the poster file, we need a minimum of 8 paid orders on picture day to create the poster.  If all members of the team place an order - we will provide a digital copy of the image to share with friends and family as well as a free poster for the head coach.
* Pricing - $25/player provides the following: Photography, Design Work, (1) 10"x30" Panoramic Poster Print as well as shipping/delivery to a designated team contact.

Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep your games on time, which helps both Cary P&R and TSS Photography!

• Download our price list and order form (see Important Links section on the left side of this page).  If you use the online form, you can fill in page 2 before printing - this will help minimize spelling and legibility issues.
• Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS" and all major credit cards.  If you are paying by cash or check, put the payment in the order envelope (or if using the online form, put in an envelope with your child's name on it and staple it to the back of the form). IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD...please present your card to the table staff and we will electronically swipe your card onsite for added security and accuracy.
• Please help keep pictures and games on-time by arriving at our check in table 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.
• Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
• Each session will begin with all the Individual/buddy photos and then we will conclude your photo session with a team photo.
• Paid/Completed picture day orders will be mailed to the address you provide on your order form within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  To expedite handling, please provide us with a complete address and print neatly (in ALL CAPS if possible...forms are electronically scanned and all capital letters are read more clearly), or fill in your form on page 2 of the price sheet before printing.
