Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep your games on time, which helps both the league and TSS Photography!

  • Download our price list and order form (see Important Links section on the left side of this page).
  • Fill in the form on page 3 before printing - this will help minimize spelling and legibility issues.
  • Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS" and all major credit cards.  If you are paying by cash or check, put the payment in an envelope and staple it to the back of the form.
  • Please help keep pictures and games on-time by arriving at our check in table 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.
  • Proceed to the photography station and hand your order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on your order form and keep them for processing.
  • We will begin each session with INDIVIDUAL photos as the players arrive and finish with the team photo once all the expected players have arrived.
  • Orders will be mailed to the address you provide on your order form within 4 weeks of when you placed the order.  To expedite handling, please provide us with a complete address and print neatly, or fill in your form on page 3 of the price sheet before printing.
