Please review the following notes to ensure a smooth and successful picture day: 

• Wear your team uniform, but NO CLEATS allowed (shoes will appear in group photo, so be sure to wear gym shoes). Tuck in your shirt and tie your shoes for best results.
  
  
• Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled picture time with your completed order form and payment enclosed. Your team’s individual and team photo session will take approximately 15 minutes from its scheduled time.
  
  
• Orders will be shipped directly to your home within four weeks of picture day, so please print all information, including full name and address, clearly on the order form.
