Picture Day Details and Instructions Minimize

When:   October 1 and 8, 2011
Where:  BAA Soccer Fields

  • Online Order Form - You may download our price list and order form (see Important Links section on the left side of this page).  You can fill in before printing.  Please staple your online order form to the top of an envelope with your payment if paying by cash or check.  Please put your childs name on the envelope.  If paying by credit card, no envelope is needed.  We will have extra order forms onsite as well.
  • Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS", Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled picture time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.
  • Proceed to the photography station and the player will hand the order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on the order form and keep them for processing.
  • Each session will begin with all of the individual photos and then we will conclude with a team photo.
  • Orders will be mailed directly to the head coach within four weeks.
