RAINOUT INFORMATION:
If pictures are rained out, coaches will be contacted to reschedule outdoors at the same location.

Following these instructions will help things run more smoothly and help keep the schedule remain on time.

The order form and price sheet will be emailed to the head coach upon scheduling a picture day.

Payment is expected on Picture Day - TSS accepts cash, checks payable to "TSS", Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If you are paying by cash or check and using the online form, put your money in an envelope with your child's name on it and staple the order form to the top of your payment.

Please arrive at our check in table 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have a TSS staff member check your order form for completeness.  Many of our products can be customized.

Proceed to the photography station and the player will hand the order form to the photographer or assistant - we will record the image number on the order form and keep them for processing.

Each session will begin with all the individual photos and then we will conclude your photo session with a team photo.

Orders will be mailed directly to the head coach within four weeks.
