Meet the Team Day is designed for you to spend a full day
here at our headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. This will
be a great way to access the detailed information you
will need to make an informed decision.
Meet the Team Day will begin at 8:30am and conclude by
3pm. Because we want to ensure that each candidate
receives individual attention, we limit the
number of attendees.
This will be a great

Carl Hansson, Founder and
Chairman
Carl Hansson will present a compelling history of TSS
Photography by stepping you through the early days and
the progressive growth and development of our finely
tuned business model culminating in our present growth
and dominant position in the industry.
Learn about TSS’ expansion into the School
Photography Market. Carl will share
his exciting vision of the future and how you can
benefit from our forward-looking strategies.
Joe Lindenmayer, President
Joe’s enthusiasm and passion for TSS will captivate you
as he details the TSS difference. Joe will reveal our
distinctive business model and unbeatable approach to
the marketplace.
Joe possesses a first-hand working knowledge of every
phase of the TSS operation. Joe has over 15 years of hands-on
experience from franchisee support, to TSS franchise
ownership, to heading up Franchise
Development and now President.
Matt Raymond, IT Manager
This informative session by our talented IT Manager,
Matt Raymond, will provide an overview of our web-based
order entry software.
Ted Mosely, Production
Manager
Ted is the absolute mastermind behind our unrivaled
production lab. Ted’s progressive workflow system
delivers unequaled efficiency, cost control, and industry
leading turnaround times.
Ted joined TSS 5 years ago and on a daily basis
fine-tunes all the working parts of this
efficiency-driven production lab. Join Ted for a
fascinating inside look as he tours you of our
cutting-edge production lab. Discover first-hand the TSS
work-flow process and view our state-of the art
facilities reflecting a recent $1 million dollar
equipment upgrade. You’ll really enjoy watching actual

Troy Van Every, Director of
Marketing
This exciting session will feature TSS’ innovative and
imaginative Director of Marketing, Tory Van Every. His
in-house design and graphics staff have the unique
ability to continue to create exclusive products that
parents can't resist buying. Troy will preview our
unsurpassed product offering that continues to open up
doors in the marketplace
Jana Jensen, Director of
Photography and Support
Jana is our Photography guru. Jana's impressive session
will step you through the TSS Photography unsurpassed
training process including our hands-on infield
training, recommended equipment package and our TSS
Express Action Photo program. Jana's extensive knowledge
and command of the TSS technical details will illustrate
that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to
preparing our franchise owners.
