Photography’s relationship with the Make-A-Wish
Foundation® goes back to more than 10 years ago, when its
CEO and co-founder, Carl E. Hansson, attended a charity
golf tournament that benefited his local Georgia chapter.
Today, Hansson’s involvement and dedication with the
Make-A-Wish Foundation has culminated with his election to
the foundation’s national board of directors last Fall. |

touch numerous children’s lives throughout the last 10
years, and I see that relationship strengthening as the
newly branded

Photography franchise grows,” Hansson said.
David
Williams, Make-A-Wish Foundation of America president and
chief executive officer, said Hansson has played a key
role in supporting the Make-A-Wish cause. “Carl has a
tremendous appreciation for the Make-A-Wish mission and a
deep understanding of the organization through his
volunteer experience,” Williams said “He’s a passionate
advocate for the remarkable children we serve.”
“TSS Photography® is incredibly proud of Carl’s lasting
dedication to various charitable organizations, and most
recently, his election as the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s
chair of the national board of directors,” said TSS

| What They Do |
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of
children with life-threatening medical conditions to
enrich the human experience with hope, strength and
joy. Born in 1980 when a group of caring individuals
helped a young boy fulfill his dream of becoming a
police officer, the Foundation is now the largest
wish-granting charity in the world, with 69 chapters
in the United States and its territories. Granting
more than 12,500 wishes a year and 141,000 wishes in
the United States since inception.
