Neighborhood Sports Basketball, Cedar Park Middle School picture day will be held on SATURDAY, JANUARY 21, at Cedar Park Middle School.
Please refer to the picture schedule to determine your team`s picture time.
To the right of the screen (under LINKS) you will find a picture schedule, a price sheet, an order form and the product catalog. Please click on all links and PLEASE PRINT THE ORDER FORM.
All photos will be mailed to each child`s home address. The shipping and handling fee is $3.50 per order. Please do not forget to include the S&H and also PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS CLEARLY as this is the address we will be shipping your pictures to.
Please note that the pricing and packages are good on picture day only.
Picture order and payment is due on picture day, this is not an online ordering system.
Please staple either cash or check to your order form or place in a household envelope. If you are paying by cash we will waive the $0.50 portion of the shipping and handling fee, please only add $3.00 to your order.
