SATURDAY JANUARY 11, at ILC Church Hall.
Please refer to the picture schedule to determine your team`s
picture time.
To the left of the screen (under LINKS) you will find a picture schedule, a price sheet, an order form and the product catalog.

OR PRINT THE ORDER FORM AND COMPLETE IN INK THEN BRING YOUR ORDER FORM TO PICTURE DAY.
IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WE WILL SWIPE YOUR CARD ON PICTURE DAY TO SAFEGUARD YOUR IDENTITY.
IF THE CARD WILL NOT BE PRESENT ON PICTURE DAY, THEN PLEASE WRITE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON THE ORDER FORM.
