Brushy Creek Community Center Soccer, Volleyball, Flag Football and T-Ball picture days
will be held on
WEDNESDAY APRIL 16, SATURDAY APRIL 19 AND TUESDAY APRIL 22, at various locations.
Please refer to the picture schedule to determine your team`s
picture date, time and location.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM ONLINE IN PDF FILLABLE FORMAT THEN PRINT AND BRING ORDER FORM TO PICTURE DAY. THIS METHOD WILL ENSURE ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF YOUR ORDER.
OR PRINT THE ORDER FORM AND COMPLETE IN INK THEN BRING YOUR ORDER FORM TO PICTURE DAY.
IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WE WILL SWIPE YOUR CARD ON PICTURE DAY TO SAFEGUARD YOUR IDENTITY. IF THE CARD WILL NOT BE PRESENT ON PICTURE DAY, THEN PLEASE WRITE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON THE ORDER FORM. YOU CAN ALSO PAY BY CHECK OR CASH.
All photos will be mailed to each child`s home address. The shipping and handling fee is $3.50 per order.
Please note that the pricing and packages are good on picture day only.
Picture order and payment is due on picture day, this is not an online ordering system.
