Grapevine Recreation Basketball Picture Day is Saturday 1/31 at Heritage Middle School and Grapevine Middle School. We will be at Colleyville Middle New in the lobby off of THE OLD GYM (in the school building) Saturday 2/7.

This is a view first event. We will collect names and emails on Picture Day. A proof will be sent by the following Monday after Picture Day. You will be able to choose pose, background, and products and complete the purchase online.

On Picture Day, Head Coaches should check in at the table with the black cover and TSS logo (look for the flashing light).

Have your team check in 15 minutes before the scheduled time so we can start pictures at your scheduled time. We use the time before the scheduled time so we can have order forms set, uniforms and hair neatened and discuss the pose so we can move through the cameras more efficiently.

All players must have a completed form

Clearly indicate product choices on form

Payment is due on picture day - See TSS rep for cash, check and credit transactions

Arrive at the check in area for pictures 15 minutes ahead of scheduled picture time

See TSS rep to help with any questions before picture time

Find your coach and wait in the designated area

Be sure player`s uniform is neat and tucked in, hair combed. face clean, ready to go.

Be sure to bring multiple balls appropriate for photos. Be sure they are clean and have minimal writing that will not show in the photos.
