Refunds / Replacements
 Refunds and/or replacements will be given at the discretion of TSS Photography Management.
Refunds
We will give customers full refund for the product that was purchased if the following problems occured:
  1. Our product(s) is damaged when it arrives.
  2. You accidently purchased a product you did not intend to buy.

In order to receive a refund for a product, customers must return the unwanted item(s) to TSS Photography.  They must also submit a Refund Request Form to TSS Photography within 7 days from date of delivery.

Replacement
We are happy to replace a TSS product if it arrived damaged.
 
In order to receive a replacement product, customers must return the unwanted item(s) to TSS Photography.  They must also submit a Replacement Request Form to TSS Photography within 7 days from date of delivery.

TSS will pay for the return shipment of any product if the original shipping receipt is included with the product when it is returned. Only ground UPS or FEDEX or standard USPS shipments will be reimbursed.
