I can not find my pictures.
Did you attend a team/school Picture Day?  If so, Click here and enter your zip code.  From there you can enter your TSS ID or you can browse for your group.  Where to find your TSS ID.
 
If your pictures were taken at a tournament or event, Click here, enter your zip code, then click the Events tab at the top of the screen.
 
If you still can't find your photos, please contact your local TSS photographer by clicking here.
I think I have been charged multiple times for my order.
We are happy to check on that for you. We will need your name, phone #, order # and the first 2 and last 4 digits of your credit card number (for security reasons, we do not keep the entire number), verification #, date of order and amount. We will research it and if a duplicate charge is confirmed, will process a refund within 48 yours.
 I never got an email confirmation for my order.
Your confirmation was sent to the email address you entered when you logged onto the site. The email entered may have been incorrect. You can check the email entered by trying your log in again and confirming the email address.
My computer is locking up while I am on your site.
We have found that not every internet browser is compatible with all sites. Safari seems to have the most issues. Are you using Safari? If so, access our site with another browser, such as Explorer or Firefox.
